Используя Пеметрексед вместе с ибупрофен может усиливать действие препарата Пеметрексед. Обратитесь к врачу, если вы испытываете лихорадка, озноб, болей тела, симптомы гриппа, язвы или белых пятен, и сильный понос. Пеметрексед может понизить кровяные клетки, которые помогают вашему организму бороться с инфекциями. Это может сделать его проще для вас, чтобы истекать кровью от травмы или заболеть, находясь в окружении других больных. Чтобы быть уверенным, ваши кровяные клетки не получают слишком низкой, ваша кровь необходимо будет испытываться на регулярной основе. Если ваш врач назначать эти препараты вместе, вы, возможно, потребуется корректировка дозы или специальных испытаний безопасно использовать оба препарата. Важно рассказать своему врачу о всех других лекарств вы используете, в том числе витаминов и трав. Не прекратить использование любых лекарств, не посоветовавшись с врачом.

Отрегулируйте интервал дозирования: одновременное применение с нестероидными противовоспалительными препаратами (НПВП) возможно повышение концентрации в плазме препарата пеметрексед. Механизм не был описан, но может быть связано с угнетением НПВП на почечные простагландины. Применение НПВП было связано с нефропатия проявляется как повышение уровня креатинина и Бун, тубулярный некроз, гломерулит, почечный папиллярный некроз, острый интерстициальный нефрит, нефротический синдром, почечная недостаточность. Поскольку пеметрексед в первую очередь ликвидировали неизменным путем почечной экскреции, одновременное применение с НПВП может привести к задержке и/или уменьшается просвет. Суточная доза ибупрофена 400 мг четыре раза в день, как было показано, чтобы уменьшить зазор пеметрексед примерно на 20% у пациентов с нормальной функцией почек, в то время как аспирин по 325 мг каждые 6 часов не. Влияние более высоких доз ибупрофена или аспирина неизвестен.

Управление: Ибупрофен 400 мг и аспирин по 325 мг четыре раза в день, или меньше, может использоваться с пеметрексед у пациентов с нормальной функцией почек. Тем не менее, следует соблюдать осторожность у пациентов с легкой и умеренной почечной недостаточностью (клиренс креатинина 45 до 79 мл/мин). При отсутствии данных об использовании с НПВП с длительным периодом полураспада, удержание дозировки НПВП в течение не менее 5 дней до 2-х дней после рекомендовала администрации пеметрексед является.
