Используя линезолид вместе с инсулином или некоторые другие лекарства от диабета могут увеличивать риск гипогликемии, или низкого уровня сахара в крови. Симптомы гипогликемии: головная боль, головокружение, сонливость, нервозность, спутанность сознания, Тремор, тошнота, голод, слабость, потливость, сердцебиение, и учащенное сердцебиение. Поговорите с вашим врачом, если у вас есть какие-либо вопросы или опасения. Вам может понадобиться регулировки дозы или более частый контроль уровня сахара в крови, чтобы безопасно использовать оба препарата. Важно рассказать своему врачу о всех других лекарств вы используете, в том числе витаминов и трав. Не прекратить использование любых лекарств, не посоветовавшись с врачом.

Монитор: гипогликемический эффект инсулина может быть усилены некоторые препараты, включая ингибиторы АПФ, блокаторы рецепторов ангиотензина (бра), амилина аналоги, анаболические стероиды, фибраты, ингибиторы моноаминоксидазы (ингибиторы МАО, включая линезолид), салицилаты, ингибиторы обратного захвата серотонина (СИОЗС), сульфаниламиды, дизопирамид, пропоксифена, хинидина, хинина и женьшеня. Эти препараты могут увеличивать риск развития гипогликемии за счет повышения чувствительности к инсулину (ингибиторы АПФ, бра, фибраты, женьшень); стимулирующие секрецию инсулина (салицилаты, дизопирамид, Пентоксифиллин, пропоксифена, хинидин, хинин, ингибиторы МАО, женьшень); повышение периферической утилизации глюкозы (СИОЗС, инсулиноподобный фактор роста); ингибирования глюконеогенеза (СИОЗС, ингибиторы МАО, инсулин-подобный фактор роста); замедление опорожнения желудка (аналоги амилина); и/или подавление постпрандиальной секреции глюкагона (аналоги амилина). Клинические гипогликемии отмечается при использовании некоторых из этих агентов в одиночку или с инсулином и/или секретагоги инсулина. Использование СИОЗС также было связано с потерей сознания гипогликемии в отдельных случаях.

Управление: тщательный мониторинг развития гипогликемии рекомендуется, если эти препараты применяться одновременно с инсулином, особенно у больных преклонного возраста и/или почечной недостаточностью. Дозировка инсулина может потребовать корректировки, если взаимодействие подозревается. Пациенты должны быть проинформированы о признаках и симптомах гипогликемии (например, головная боль, головокружение, сонливость, тошнота, голод, Тремор, слабость, потливость, сердцебиение), как это лечить, и связаться их врача, если это происходит. Пациенты должны быть соблюдены для потери гликемического контроля, когда эти препараты изъяты.
